Meet Betsy Oei, founder of Lickers & Whines, a pet boutique born from a deeply personal love for animals. Inspired by her beloved dogs - Manu, Niko, Mavis, and Michonne - along with the cherished memories of her past furry family members who have crossed the rainbow bridge, Betsy is creating more than just a store; she's building a space where pets and their humans can thrive together in the heart of Smyrna!

Betsy brings over two decades of experience in the pet industry, including pioneering one of the nation's first dog daycare centers in 2002. She uses both expertise and heart to make Lickers & Whines a different kind of pet boutique, one that prioritizes community, sustainability, and quality.

Our space is thoughtfully designed to be interactive and welcoming - where pets can sample treats made with wholesome ingredients that don’t require preservatives, try out locally crafted toys, and play safely, while their humans connect with like-minded pet lovers.
